Yigong brand Mechanical spindle is one of the main parts of CNC machine, machining center and other modern equipments. It has advanced structure, sophisticated technology, high accuracy, free maintenance grease bearing and equipped with automatic loose-pull reamer structure. The main components surface of spindle is hardened and exposed surface with anti-corrosion technology, which ensure the accuracy and appearance.

Characteristics:

1. High accuracy: high accuracy bearing and parts manufacture can guarantee the proximal radial beating of the 7/24 cone within 0.003mm, and the remote 0.008mm.
2. High speed: adopting high speed and precision duplex mounting bearing, preload rigid structure, it can reach high rotate speed of 6000~8000rpm. Choosing light load bearing, the speed can reach 10000rpm.
3. High stiffness: spindle has the configuration of four bearings in front and two at back. Axial and radial rigidity are high enough to milling＆drilling.
4. Low noise: after dynamic balance testing, it can reach the G1(ISO1940-1) grade. In high speed rotary state, spindle has low noise.
5. High efficiency: spindle has no deformation after long time operation, meeting the requirement of non-stop processing. Users can get the greatest processing efficiency by controlling the cutting speed in the process.
6. Speed non-lost: using arc tooth and in-phase belt drive method, the transmit power is big, the belt does not slip, meeting the requirement of operation smoothly.
7. Easy to install: after grinding the shell diameter, the spindle can install correctly. It is convenient to assemble and take down the whole spindle by six M8 screws.
