Aluminum alloy worktable

Basic part of this product use aluminum alloy material, being more slight and beautiful. It has high-speed ball screw and liner motion guide, having advantages such as relief, work smoothly, high accuracy, long lifetime, slight weight and compact structure.

It is widely used for measure, laser weld, laser cutting, gelatinization, ray screener, and actual teaching etc. light load application. There are types of single and double coordinate worktable for customers to choose, such as DZHQ, DZHTQ, SZHQ, SZHTQ.

We can provide integration unit of machine & electric. Customers can select motor and CNC system according to requirement to meet their own needs.

We can add the organ dustproof cover according to customer’s request, but the actual stoke will be decreased. *L2dimension is changed follow the neck length of motor, here the neck length of motor is 21mm We can equip the motor and CNC system with customer’s request. If customer equipped the motor by themselves, flange dimension of motor should less than 60x60mm.

Remark	SZHQ dual coordinate worktable is consist of two DZHQ worktables assembled together which of the same series and stroke or different stroke. If customer requests special products, with principle stroke of under layer≥stroke of upper layer, the max. spec. of upper worktable is DZHQ170. If the fixing direction of motor is different from the above fig, please specify when ordering.

The upper layer is the standard DZHTQ worktable, and under layer working board is 1×C2=220×260, other components are same as the DZHTQ worktable. If customer requests special products, with principle stroke of under layer≥stroke of upper layer, the max. spec. of upper worktable is DZHQ320.
